Boat Trip to Phang Nga

Today marked another great Thai adventure - that all started with a classic Thai breakfast - for the 3rd day in a row. Forget the eggs, bacon and english muffin - and bring on the leechees, jack fruit, rose apples, fried vegetables, curry and more!! After breakfast (and a little heartburn!), we boarded a boat a spent the day crusing around the Phang Nga bay - did some snorkeling, saw some AMAZING rock formations, had lunch in a village built on stilts over the water... just incredible (posted some more pics below).

Also, we want to point out that we are actually doing these things! See, it has come to our attention that some people think we might just be posing for "photo ops" - like sitting on elephants with a picturesque backdrop - but not actually riding the elephants... can you believe it??

Anyway, one more day in Phuket before we leave for Bangkok and to meet Manatsanan... can't wait for that.

PS - Sam and Davis we miss you TONS!!!

I do hope you meant to write "lychees"...

By the way, I agree with the other poster/spammer--the semiconductor microchip HDTV Genetics EEStor is our future!

A&C,

Beautiful pictures of the coast! What an adventure! How are you finding the Thai people?

Are you learning any Thai vocabulary?

And what do lychees taste like?

Curious back home--

Love,
K.
